MB PE BATO 31 is a flame retardant masterbatch containing a brominated flame retardant combined with
an antimony trioxide synergist in a PE matrix. MB PE BATO 31 has a high resistance to UV radiation and
excellent thermal stability. MB PE BATO 31 does not present blooming effects, which makes it a suitable
flame retardant for polyolefin film. Its excellent electrical properties make it ideal for cable applications.
MB PE BATO 31 is mainly used in engineering polymers such as polyolefin, high-impact polystyrene

MB PO IDRO 70 is a masterbatch based on a copolymer of PP and PE with excellent elastomer properties, containing magnesium hydroxide. MB PO IDRO 70 is used as a filler and allows to obtain high levels of flame retardancy in a wide range of polymers, including ethylene vinyl acetate, polypropylene and polyamides. MB PO IDRO 70 is halogen-free and low smoke emission.

GC ZnBO3-8 is a halogen-free flame retardant additive that increases the fire resistance and gives higher performance in smoke suppressant capabilities of many polymeric systems, with or without halogens. GC ZnBO3-8 is particularly suitable for thermoplastic polymers: polyamide, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters, polyurethanes, elastomers, rubber formulations and epoxide resins.
GC ZnBO3-8 has excellent heat resistant capabilities and is used when a high thermal stability is required, for example in PA, where processing temperatures can reach 280°C.

MB HYDRO NUC 35T helps in reducing weight without affecting mechanical properties. Recommended dosage is 0.3-1%.

GC PE DC 40 is a compacted blend containing 40% of dicumyl peroxide, dispersed in LDPE.
GC PE DC 40 is an efficient crosslinking agent used in thermoplastic polyolefins and synthetic and natural rubber. GC PE DC 40 can be also used as additive during the recycling process of polypropylene. GC THANOX DTDTP is a liquid secondary stabilizer and antioxidant. GC THANOX DTDTP finds applications in different polymers (ABS,PP,PE,and PVC )and have excellent compatibility with resin. GC THANOX DTDTP is very efficient used in combination with phenolic antioxidant. GC THANOX DTDTP is soluble in most common aprotic organic solvents but it is insoluble in water.
